In this two hour session you will learn what raw, vegan foods are all about and why they are important for optimal health. We will cover nutritional benefits and offer specific immediate steps you can take to bring these foods into your diet. We will be making some basic smoothies, salad, entree and dessert and samples will be served! Specific topics that will be covered include: * Where you get your protein on the raw food diet * How to adapt to a raw food diet * How to make raw food preparation quick and easy Bring your appetite as you will leave full and with the ability to go home and make simple, yet delicious raw foods yourself!

Perfect for complete beginners as well as those already experimenting with a raw diet, Chef Lena will be preparing a selection of quick, easy and delicious recipes as well as discussing shopping, menu planning and kitchen equipment and answering all of your questions.
