Mushroom Gravy – Recipe

Mushroom Gravy

  • 1/4 cup almond butter or tahini
  • 1 1/2 cups quartered mushrooms
  • 1 to 2 T Chopped onions
  • 1 tsp Braggs Aminos (unpasteurized soy sauce)
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 tsp minced mushrooms
  • Preparation:
    1. In a blender, combine the almond butter, quartered mushrooms,
    onions, parsley, Bragg’s, salt and water. Blend until smooth. Pour
    into a serving bowl. Top with the chopped mushrooms.
