Mushroom Gravy – Recipe
Mushroom Gravy
- 1/4 cup almond butter or tahini
- 1 1/2 cups quartered mushrooms
- 1 to 2 T Chopped onions
- 1 tsp Braggs Aminos (unpasteurized soy sauce)
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 tsp minced mushrooms
Preparation:
1. In a blender, combine the almond butter, quartered mushrooms,
onions, parsley, Bragg’s, salt and water. Blend until smooth. Pour
into a serving bowl. Top with the chopped mushrooms.
