Each Sunday I make out my menu for the week and grocery list.
Next it’s off to market…..where I pick out the best organic foods. I always strive to buy local produce as much as I can and work with a local farmer to buy in season produce. I have a very high goal of supplying the best quality foods for my clients because they deserve nothing less.
Monday and Tuesday are my days of preparing food. Monday is when I prepare any bread, crackers, granola and any other dehydrated items necessary for the following day’s menu. Tuesday is when the fun starts; I prepare the food on the menu with lots of love and positive energy and package everything prepared in glass containers, thus making it an eco friendly option to any plastic used.
